Subscriptions Policy

Please carefully read this Subscriptions Policy prior to making a purchase. We want you to be completely satisfied with your subscription.

By purchasing a subscription from us, you agree to the terms below.

1) Starting Your Subscription

To subscribe, choose the subscription option on the product page. The billing frequency (monthly or yearly) will be shown on that page.

Your subscription begins immediately once your first payment is successfully processed.

2) Billing & Renewals

Monthly Subscription:
Your payment method will be charged automatically once per month on the same day of the month as your original purchase date, unless you cancel.

Yearly Subscription:
Your payment method will be charged automatically once per year on the anniversary of your original purchase date, unless you cancel.

By placing a subscription order, you authorize us to charge your payment method for future subscription renewals at the frequency you selected.

Prices, taxes, and shipping fees (if applicable) may vary depending on your subscription plan or delivery preferences.

3) Digital Subscription Delivery

If your subscription includes digital products (such as digital content, downloadable items, or access to subscription materials), your content will be delivered digitally according to the subscription details on the product page.

Digital access may be provided via email, account access, or downloadable files.

4) Physical Subscription Delivery (If Applicable)

If your subscription includes physical products (now or in the future), orders will be processed and shipped automatically after each successful renewal payment.

Unless stated otherwise, physical subscription orders will be processed within 2 business days after payment is received.

5) Failed Payments

If your credit or debit card cannot be charged for any reason, we will attempt to charge your account two additional times.

If all attempts fail, your subscription renewal will not be completed for that billing period, and you may not receive the digital access or shipment (if applicable) for that cycle.

You can update your payment method at any time through your account.

6) Managing Your Subscription

You can manage your subscription by signing into your account using the email address associated with your subscription.

Depending on your plan, you may be able to:

  • Update your payment method
  • Update billing details
  • Update shipping address (if applicable)
  • Cancel your subscription
  • Pause/suspend your subscription
  • Skip a renewal (if available)

7) Cancellations

You can suspend or cancel your subscription at any time by providing at least 7 days’ notice before your next billing date.

If you cancel less than 7 days before the next billing date, your next renewal may still be charged and processed.

8) Change of Address (Physical Subscriptions Only)

If your subscription includes physical deliveries, you must update your shipping address at least 7 days before the next shipment date.

If an item is shipped to an old address and is returned to sender (RTS), a re-ship fee may apply.

9) Shipping Fees (Physical Subscriptions Only)

Shipping fees may apply depending on your location and subscription plan, unless stated otherwise on the product page or checkout.

10) Promotional Codes

Promotional or discount codes may not apply to subscriptions unless explicitly stated.

11) Order & Delivery Issues (Physical Subscriptions Only)

If your shipment is incorrect, damaged, or missing, please contact our Support Team as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist.

If tracking says “Delivered” but you have not received your package:

  1. Check with household members or neighbors
  2. Check your delivery location (mailroom/front desk/locker)
  3. Contact the shipping carrier

If you still haven’t received your order 10 days after the scheduled delivery date, please contact Support.
